A Phoenix-area home and a Flagstaff property should not automatically receive the same plan. Explain whether the space is occupied, how much loose dust is present, and which surfaces or belongings need special attention. If another contractor is still working, identify when that work ends. A clean should be scoped around the condition the crew will actually encounter, with exterior timing assessed separately.
Read the Arizona planning guideDescribe where the dust is visible: open shelving, trim, floors, or high surfaces. If it followed remodeling, share the work performed and whether the contractor has completed removal. Paint residue, adhesives, and unknown powders need their own assessment rather than an assumption that ordinary dusting covers them.
For windows or exterior surfaces, send photos showing height, shade, access, and the material being cleaned. Identify any mineral spotting or existing damage. The office confirms the method and conditions; a general cleaning request does not authorize restoration or high-access work.
For a Chandler, Mesa, or Scottsdale move, distinguish the key-return deadline from the day belongings leave. Say whether water and power will remain on and who can inspect the result. That gives Matt a useful sequence to assess before confirming availability.

Before you arrange service
The basic service definitions remain the same, but site conditions and timing can differ. Include the actual address and recent photos. Flagstaff's setting is not interchangeable with the lower desert, and exterior work should be confirmed for that location and date.
The discounted residential deep-cleaning base is $315: 4 total labor hours at $75 per technician-hour, plus a $15 trip charge. The 315 minimum booking deposit reserves your appointment and represents this four-man-hour commitment. Electronic payment processing fees are added at checkout and disclosed before payment. Four man-hours do not necessarily mean four clock hours on site. This is a base, not a guaranteed whole-home or final price. Additional authorized labor and applicable disclosed charges can increase the total. Housekeeping, commercial work, and specialty services can have different rates and minimums. Review the pricing page and terms with the office before booking.
We do not offer carpet or upholstery cleaning, or tile installation. Routine vacuuming can be part of housekeeping, and tile and grout cleaning can be assessed as hard-floor care. Describe specialist or unusual requests to the office so the scope can be confirmed.
